The 2013 Interfiliere exhibition –held in Paris- was officially a success for both Carvico and Jersey Lomellina: +24% of visitors against the results of 2012. A really interesting achievement for the two companies based in the Bergamo district, which this year presented several, brand new products.
One for all the companies new stand: transgressive and stylish at the same time, it hosted several, important meeting collecting significant feedback.
The companies colour cards have been completely renewed and have been positively welcome, with a lot of curiosity and enthusiasm from the operators of the sector.
With reference to the products it is worth mentioning the launching of the “Eco” version of the XLAnce fabric. After the takeover of the XLA project – concerning the production of an elastomeric, chlorine proof fiber which can be thermofixed at very low temperatures – Carvico relaunches one of the real must of the previous seasons in a brand new, sustainable version. This fabric is made of a 100% recycled polyamide yarn derived from post consumer materials.
Totally chlorine proof, featuring an excellent recovery poewer, Xlance comes with a fresh and funny colour card which puts together many nuances which are bound to be the real protagonists of next season.
Jersey Lomellina presented instead Melodie, a new high gauge fabric featuring a refined and glamorous look. Its silky and iridescent look makes it ideal for high end, lingerie garments.
Both companies have a really tight schedule this (finally) hot summer!
