Carvico S.p.A. comes back from Paris looking at the future with renewed enthusiasm and a proactive spirit

This year Interfilière – the prestigious International trade fair dedicated to beachwear and lingerie – held in Paris a few days ago, was a real success for Carvico S.p.A. which hosted the highest number of visitors since 2000: +24% of presences inside the stand compared with 2010 data.
It is an extraordinary achievement that proves, once more, that research and development, cutting-edge technologies, made in Italy products, quality and passion are the key strengths of this market leader in the production of warp-knit fabrics for sportswear and swimwear.
A cool and friendly stand, inspired to the atmosphere of the ‘70, hosted many customers from all over the world, including several new entries from Libano, Mexico, Lituania etc. that had never been there before.
Carvico 2013 color card was the absolute star of the exhibition: 144 contemporary and trendy nuances, always available in stock.
Miss Rebecca Moses, the famous American designer, after collaborating with Carvico in the past, was this year, the author of the 2013 Matt color card.
Mrs Moses prepared for Carvico 8, hand-painted, watercolor storyboards, 8 real, unique and unmistakable “paintings” which are meant to help us to successfully represent the colorful universe of the company.
In a market situation which is still critical and uncertain, Carvico has decided not to become “close as a clam”, but to invest in new kinds of products and to expand its color ranges.
Therefore, Interfiliere offered the perfect scenario for the launch of a new fabric: Capri. Soft and trendy, it is bound to become the perfect partner for all fashion-conscious female travelers who love feeling sophisticated and sexy,  no matter what.
Capri joins the family of micro polyamide fabrics by  Carvico S.p.A. and is presented, along with Riviera, with a new color card: several fresh nuances that anticipate the 2013 summer season and create new magic atmospheres.
We are talking about a refined and bold color range in which pastel, pale colors alternate with more saturated and bright shades creating exciting marriages.
On top of that, customers at the fair could also appreciate the renewed versions of  Siviglia & Darwin color cards.
Siviglia: as light as a feather and as soft as silk, it was originally designed to be used as a lining, but it soon became a real must-have also for beachwear and trendy outfits to be worn on the pool side.
Darwin: the exclusive fabric made in pbt which has become more and more successful over the years in the world of water sports, even the most extreme ones. We will be glad to meet you at Cannes on November 24-25-26 at the “Mare di Moda” trade fair, where an exciting surprise will be unveiled to both our most loyal customers and the rest of the market .
