Fashion designer Rebecca Moses will take us on a journey for the rediscovery of colours and to the creation of the new Malaga and Morea colour cards

Aquafil, Europe’s market-leading and second worldwide player in the production of Nylon 6 for textile flooring, and Carvico, leading manufacturer of warp-knitted stretch fabrics, today announced the new XLAnce Fibre Italia Joint Venture.

Having set off on a long journey aimed at drastically reducing its ecological footprints, Carvico considered the achievement of such certificate to be a logical choice, a necessary step to be taken with the view to making sure they are moving in the right direction.

Carvico S.p.A. is proud to announce that it will be attending the Performance Days Show at the MTC world of Fashion held in Munich, to be awarded the prestigious “Performance Award November 2011” for the innovative fabric Revolutional® Slim.

The press conference held today, 13 September 2011, officially marked the start of the restoration works concerning two landmarks in the city of Bergamo: Porta Nuova Fountain, sponsored by Carvico S.p.A. and the monument dedicated to Fratelli Calvi located in front of Palazzo Frizzoni, sponsored by Lovato Electric S.p.A. a company from Gorle.

13 September 2011: green light for the restoration works concerning the Fontana di Porta Nuova, affectionately called by the local citizens the “Sugar Bowl”. Carvico SpA, after having been shown the project, was glad to accept this new commitment, aimed at requalifying the local territory, which hosts the company’s headquarters. What a excellent way to anticipate next year’s celebrations for the 50th anniversary of our company!

Carvico S.p.A. and Jersey Lomellina S.p.A. have received the Confindustria's certificate of “Excellence” signed by the chairwoman, Emma Marcegaglia: a symbolic high value recognition.
